About Us
What we do
Vintage furniture is rescued, repaired, checked for stability and given an anti-woodworm treatment.
It is then either chalk painted, smooth painted or just cleaned and polished depending on the piece.
High quality wax is applied to protect the paintwork.
New frames can be used to create your unique piece. Footstools, coffee tables or something different. Just ask for details.
Commissions taken. Want a piece reupholstered? Send us an email with some pictures and we can give you a 'first-glance' estimate.
We Truly Care
Every piece is lovingly restored, using as much of the original as possible. Modern fire retardant interliners and / or fabrics are used throughout the process. Buttons are handmade for either shallow or deep buttoning techniques.
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
Chalk paint gives a textured feel to the piece. It can be 'distressed' to different levels depending on your preference. Smooth paint does what it says on the tin! If you see something you like but would like a different colour, then let us know by contacting us, we will always try our best. Sometimes we get lucky and get a pair or set of chairs. Let us know if that's what you're after.
